RENTAL OF 1ER CRU GARDENS – $2,000 + Vat

Total number of persons must not exceed 150 persons. Retail store closed to public during event.

RENTAL OF INSIDE WINE STORE – $1,000 + Vat

Total number of persons must not exceed 60 persons.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

$500 nonrefundable fee to block desired date.

The rental fee is payable in full prior to the function. This will secure the booking and provide a security deposit. Payment should be made by credit card or cash.

Please note that VAT is payable on all rental charges.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

The renter will be held liable for any damage to the 1er Cru building, pavilions, walkways or gardens during the event and will be responsible for the full cost of the repairs.

CLEARING OF GROUNDS

In the event the ground is not left in a satisfactory condition ( tables and chairs, tents, décor, balloons etc.) left behind a storage fee will apply and go against security deposit. A cleaning Fee of $150 + Vat will apply to all grounds booking.

SITE MANAGER – $150.00 + Vat

The Site Manager will be present for the duration of the event and will ensure that the property is being used as agreed and who will be able to troubleshoot any problems with the property which may arise. He/she will also ensure that the building is secured, and the grounds left in good condition. (If the event occurs on a Sunday, the site manager fee will be $200.00 + Vat). Guests exceeding 70 persons will have to hire two site managers for $150 + Vat each.

SECURITY

General security is provided, Bristol. Additional security is the responsibility of the renter.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BEER, WINE & SPIRITS SERVED AT ANY FUNCTION AT THE 1ER CRU PROPERTY MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE BRISTOL GROUP OF COMPANIES.

BAR CATERING
